EasyVN is an intelligent tool enabling you to write Vietnamese easily, with accents included. You type in Vietnamese text and the tool automatically adds accents for you.

The first screen of EasyVN contains an editable text box where you can enter your text without accents. Ex: "Tram nam trong coi nguoi ta. Chu tai chu menh kheo la ghet nhau"

With a simple click on the "Add accents" button, you get the following screen, containing the text with accents added by EasyVN

If the accent of a word added by EasyVN is not correct, you can modify it by clicking on that word. In our example, the accented word "Chủ" is not correct. Click on it and, the following pop-up appears:

The pop-up contains a list of words with alternative accents. You click on the word that has the correct accent. In our example, the correct usage is "Chữ". Click on it and, the incorrect word "Chủ" in the text will be replaced by the correct word "Chữ"

In the same way, you can change "tại" to "tài".

After modifying the accents, if you want to continue to edit your text, click on the "Edit" back-arrow button to return to the editable text box of the first screen of EasyVN, then add additional text as shown below:

You can either write all your text at once and, when finished, click on the "Add accent" buton. Or, you can, as in the example, go back-and-forth between the "Add accents" and "Edit" buttons to write and modify the accent of your text as you go along.

To e-mail the text written with EasyVN, you have two options: - send by EasyVN (recommended) - send by your existing mail writing program (Ex: hotmail,yahoo,AOL, etc,..)

To send by EasyVN, click on the "Mail" button. Fill in your e-mail address in the "From" field and the e-mail addresses of your destinations in the "To" or "cc" fields: (you can use the "Address Book" button to add any e-mails addresses)

To send the text by your existing mail writing program, click on the "copy" button, then paste the selected text into your mail writing program

Attention: Don't copy the text by pressing Ctrl+C of Windows, use the copy button. In fact, the "copy" button will add a header to your mail. The header contains a link that allows your recipient to read the Vietnamese characters in your mail even if he/she does not have the Vietnamese font installed in their computer. .
